i purchased this item with the plan to have this in my van with me when away mountain biking. It performs great, i went riding three days ago and the bike was caked. the extra nozzle you get is great for removing all the heavy dried 3 day old mud no stress at all. i spent ages on my bike to ensure it was super clean and test battery life. it said 19mins at 100% when i had finished it was 11 mins remaining and used 20 litres of water,I really wanted to give this a solid 5 because of its performance for bike cleaning but you do not get a hose with it. that is sold separately would of been nice to be able to buy it as a ready to go unit as my garden hose is shorter now. ha

This is excellent for small outside jobs and is better with hosepipe attached rather than using bucket and hose

I own 2 corded karcher pressure washers so I thought that this would be a good addition. It's Not very powerful ( but I expected that.) and the battery only lasts about 15 minutes yet takes 4-6 hour's to charge. Apparently karcher sell a fast charger anda larger battery . In my opinion, they should come with the pressure gun instead of paying extra.I then noticed that there was an extra battery promotion.I applied only to be told I didn't qualify. I asked customer service why, and all they sent me was how to apply. I messaged them again, several times to which ,after being past around from pillar to post.( Even trying to put the blame on me. I have since been totally ignored or just fobbed off by Karcher customer service. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from a company that ignored it's customers, I will be sending it back on principal, it is not worth all the stress and frustration caused by such an incompetent after care service. UPDATE: it is now over 2 months and STILL no satisfactory response. By far the worst company that I have ever had to deal with.

Very short battery life and takes ages to recharge

The free battery offer Is a con. Don’t buy a product to receive of of these. Apparently I don’t qualify for this offer after purchasing one of these

It’s ok for what it is not as powerful as you would expect from a karcher and the battery life is rubbish you get 12mins BUT I JUST USE IT FOR SNOW Foaming my car and it’s perfect for that just don’t expect it to be as good as a plug in jet wash and your on to a Winner buy a spare battery

Not as powerful as I needed. Ended up sending it back and purchasing the K2 karcher
