Normally in a back brace I would take a M. I purchased an XL and I need a XXL.

Used it the day I got it. it was ok it was super tight at first and kept busting open. Make my titties look weird. Like alien boobs. Then i wore it again, and it was tight at the bottom under the boobs and loose on the shoulders. Defeated the purpose.

I don't know why everyone says this runs small, cause I'm an S size in clothes and got an S size in this one and it's perfect size.I've started using it today during my workout for about 2h30 and it's great. it keeps my back straight, it's comfortable and I'm really happy with it. I have to mention that I have a congenital Kyphosis so my back is really rounded forward but this helps me keep it as straight as possible.I really love it and hopes will be good for a while in terms of durability.Great product overall, and true to size for me.

I am very happy with this posture brace. It is a very thin, flexible fabric that is very comfortable to wear while reminding me to keep my correct posture. It does not pull or hold your shoulders back, but it just gives that reminder to do it yourself.I can imagine it being too small for most people, as I wear it on the largest hooks, and I wear extra-small sized clothing.I really like the way that it fits under the bra-line on the chest, so it's not in the way and doesn't bulk up under clothing.I wear it on and off throughout my days, so that I'm getting a chance to rest /relax and build up my posture muscles without having a physical reminder from the brace all the time

Product does not in any way perform the function it is made for.It does not correct posture, it is flimsy, and is not made of a good material, a cheap bra would do more for your shoulders and back.Size wise is appalling: I am a very small person, but the size chart indicated I would be a large, so I ordered a large.Its so tiny that it looks like its meant to go around someones leg. Its even too small for a child. I managed to squeeze into it and I know Its not suppose to be comfortable but it is suppose to help posture or do literally anything its made for at all.However, it brilliantly managed to somehow roll my shoulders forward more and force me to hunch. Which is the exact opposite of what it was made for.Additionally, it restricted breathing more than a corset would (something Ive worn frequently).Save yourself some time, effort, pain, and avoid this product no matter what.

I am 38-H and it is very tight on the last setting, I shot in the dark hoping the XL would fit my body. I would recommend for people with a smaller frame, I wear it for about 40 min a day and I already notice I subconsciously bring my shoulders back when not wearing it.

I followed the size chart and it's a bit small on me. Which makes it tight and dig into my skin when wearing it. Its pretty thick and is visible under my shirt. Otherwise it's high quality and I think it would work if I got the correct size
