Light weight and descreet
light weight and easy to put on. Supports the small of the back very well. The descreetness of the belt is paramount to me as I wear it on funeral services (being a pall bearer) and the second elasticated strap really pulls it in tight. Recommended

I think the sizing leaves a bit to be desired. I bought a large as my waist is 30 inches but I think a small would have been better. It’s not comfortable when sitting and, as others have said, it rides up. Wouldn’t recommend.
