Im extremely pleased with the rainfall shower system. Great water stream ,very refreshing and stylish. I did have an issue with the hand held. With an email to the company and follow there directions it was solved. Inwould recommend this 5 star product.

This is the second time I purchase this shower valve and I'm extremely happy with it. The price is great, the installation was fairly simple, it's a solid good quality system and it looks great. Highly recommended if you want a good looking fixture without breaking the bank.

Shower head is very functional for us since our little ones like the lower shower head. The rain shower is really nice, only issue is some of the plastic nozzles have fallen out causing water to shoot in different direction. The company has offered to help send replacement nozzles to fix issue. Hoping the sell the shower head alone in the future if this doesn’t work because it has been a sturdy shower head otherwise.

I contacted their customer support department asked them for a longer pipe for the shower wand I got a response in a timely manner. They told me the approximate time it would take ship and they're gonna MAKE my new Part and ship it out ASAP. I doubt you'd get that kind of service from one of the big name over priced shower system manufacturers. I was truly blown away by the kind service I received from their customer support staff, so I'm thrilled to write them a positive review. The shower system is very high quality, and beautiful too. I'm very happy.

The shower system has great pressure and works great! Our plate began to chip so we reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement to us!

The shower head and accessories look nice at first, which is why we chose this product. However, from the very beginning, we noticed that it leaks a lot of water after each use, and sometimes even when it hasn’t been used at all. I also noticed that some of the water holes on the shower head have become clogged, so water doesn’t come out evenly anymore. We’ve had to clean it frequently just to keep it working. I tried contacting the seller by email, but never received a response. Now, after over a year of use, the shower head is still leaking and has started to show stains, likely from rust. Overall, I regret purchasing this product. The quality is very poor, and the lack of customer support makes it even more disappointing.

Works and looks great so far. The hose did start to leak after about 10 months but the company was great at responding and sending a new hose free of charge.

Try to reach store for replacement, no one contacted me and also Amazon came for pick up for return only. I need a replacement not a return!

We purchased this shower system in August 2025 in prep for renovations taking place shortly after. We hired a professional plumber to install it. Once the plumber started ‘testing the system’, he indicated the inner cartridge was malfunctioning and we should contact the manufacturer for a replacement cartridge. There was no support from the manufacturer, and the defective item cost us an additional 20 percent of the original cost. In addition this situation confirmed that there is no warranty on the product. We must give Amazon Kudos because once the issue was raised with them, they covered the replacement cost of the cartridge. We will never purchase from this manufacturer again. It’s all show with absolutely no support.
