The best one yet on my yeti
Replaced factory aggressor 2.3 on my sb100. Prefer the dissector for upper Midwest hardback/ rock/ loose gravel over hard pack. Just grips and rips. Bike setup with dhf front and factory suspension settings per yetis website. I will buy another when this one wears out! For sure. Don’t know about durability but went for the exo+ hoping to keep the sidewalls holding air for a bit longer than the plain exo. Didn’t need the double down casing. I’m not that crazy and I’m sorta getting old! Great tire. Thanks maxxis

Maxxis Quality Spot On Rear Tire
I matched this with a 2.6 Rekon on the front to replace the two Rekon Race combo my XTC 2 came with as I needed a bit more traction and more surface area climbing on the slightly rougher XC trails in this area. If you're looking for a quality tire in AZ lighter trails, with substance and grip, but don't want to go all the way to Assegai or Minions, then this is the tire.

Great rear tire
I recently moved to the Dissector in the rear after using DHR2s for 4-5 years. So far I am finding the Dissector to have roughly the same grip (a bit less than the DHR2) but it seems to roll quite a bit faster. The Dissector also appears to wear a bit better than the DHR2 which was really one of my main issues with that tire. All in all a great option for me in Northern California (combination of sandy, loamy, clay trails that can get muddy).

Very nice rear tire
I ride an ibis Ripmo V2. Stock this bike comes with two assegai Maxxis tires. Secure in grippy but I wanted less rolling resistance. I took the advice of friends and replaced the rear assegai with this Maxxis dissector tire. Dramatic difference in rolling resistance without losing the front tire grip. I think this is a good combo for my riding needs.

Traction
Went to a 2.6 from a 2.4 tire. Had a recon on front. Love this tire in sandy banked turns, can slam rocks on the uphills with no fear.

Great rear tire
Great rear tire that rolls a bit faster than a dhr2 and grips wet roots better than most. The Aggressor is my go-to rear summer tire but the Dissector has replaced the dhr2 for wet conditions. Very predictable, fits and shapes well with 30-32mm internal rims. Only knock is that the sticky compound that does so well on wet roots wears quickly in rocky conditions so intend to change it out of things dry up.

Grippy tire for loose terrain
Great tire. I live in LA so lots of loose, gravel over hard packed terrain. Grips better than any tire I’ve owned

pneumatico di buona lettura ma rotola più lentamente di Schwalbe
ho preso questo pneumatico per sostituire un nobby nic Schwalbe, rotola più lentamente ma è più comodo sulle rocce. Nessun problema rendendolo meno tubo.
