Arrived quick. It’s cute. Light weight. Price seems alright. Depending on the baby, mine seems to like it but not all kids will be attentive to a toy phone. My daughter likes things that I use a lot so if she sees me with her baby shark phone she wants to play with it.It plays baby shark, counts and reads the abcI think the volume is not that high but just enough because the toddler would put it near his/her ears like a phone so having it loud would hurt their ear drums. That’s my opinion so the volume is just right.But there should be volume level for those who like it louder ...but at least it’s on a settling that doesn’t hurt the ears. I hear parents complain about toys being too loud.Would like to see more songs on it

Purchased for my 2 year old grandson. As I said above, I liked the features, but it is hard to hear. Volume is very low. There needs to be a volume button on this. It was a good distraction from keeping my grandson from taking my cell phone. It is good for learning. My grandson knows his ABC's and how to count, his colors and shaped. It just needs a lot more volume or a volume control button.

My 8 month old daughter loves baby shark and I got her this phone for her. She absolutely loves it, the only down side is its not very loud, you actually have to place the phone next to your ear of u want to hear the baby shark song or have the room absolutely quiet in order to hear the button functions when pressed, which is very disappointing, especially when she wants to play with it in the car. Over all its very well made and good quality, the only thing wrong with it is-you just cant hear it.

My children both love baby shark. This is great because it offers a variety of activities for kids. My son loves to listen to the song over and over again while my daughter enjoys the game aspect offered on this device. I will say the volume is lower and cannot be changed. Overall, they really love those and I would absolutely give it as a gift for anyone who is a baby shark fan.

My toddlers are all into these characters. I bought this because it's so simple and cost was cheap. The presentation is beautiful, vibrant colors. The main down fall is the sound is very low. It has to be very close to you for you hear it. I wish itHad levels like high/low. By toddlers play with them occasionally, but I believe if it have louder sound it would a kids favourite.

If i couldve given this toy 0 stars I would've. I'm so disappointed 😞. Today was my son's 2nd birthday. And this was one of his presents. And when he opened it and started pushing buttons the volume was extremely LOW so i immediately thought "Oh it needs a new set of batteries" so I put new energizers in it. And NOPE I believe we got a DUD . To see the look of sadness on my sons face was the worst. Thank GOSH he had many other gifts to open that I was able to distract him and hide the phone for NOW . Until I can purchase a new one . What a shame. ....

I thought this was cute but disappointed on the sound it is not very loud at all and she's not that into it and I think it needs to be change then it could be awesome! I'll be honest!

My 2 year old loves her pinkfong phone she doesn't leave the house without it. I would say the volume isnt that high but usually i look for buttons to turn toys down so its not a big deal.
