Does the adapter jack come in the box

No you don’t get an adapter. You need to buy separately if required. Comes as standard 3.5mm jack

These are not wireless, although there is a wireless version available (HDJ-CUE 1 BT).

Do you get a protective case as it says so in the description?

I didn't with mine but had them quite a while now so may have changed. Still had an old headphone bag/case that was in pretty good nick still (thankfully) Don't let that put you off though as I can't rate these highly enough for the money. Played quite a few sets out now and they are so good. Loved my Sennheiser's and was reluctant to change as couldn't get the ones I used to have in the UK anymore and needed a replacement sharpish. A worthy replacement. Love em.
