3 Oz. - Blackthorn Berry / Sloe Berry / Prunus Spinosa Dried Berries

Made sloe gin using 3 packages for 26 ounces. Compared to store bought, the result was way better. Made a second batch of sloe gin using the berries a second time, using a longer duration by 1.5. Second batch still better than store bought. Finally used berries a third time with some homemade cider, well received by cider drinkers. Overall cost for homemade slow gin was more expensive than store bought which was same price as plain gin. Then we compared the ABV and discovered store bought was half that of plain gin used for sloe gin. If you want quality, you may have to go homemade. Even gin haters are loving the sloe gin.
