Received the product today and it was packed very well and no damage to product and their customer support is superb. Value for money

I bought the machine for stencil cutting for my art work. But, it is useless for that purpose. A mylar sheet of 4 mil (0.1 mm) could not be cut. The software is fine. The machine can be used to cut very soft materials like paper, vinyl sheet etc.. The service from Silhouette Cameo, USA is very poor. I wrote many mails to ask that I could not download design from its library of worth $25 which I was supposed to get as per my purchase condition. After many mails, response was to renew membership which did not solve my problem and I am not interested also, it is only Silhouette's business interest.
