Great book! Amazing pictures!

I love this book on the Pirate's of the Caribbean as there isn't anything else out there that has much information and depth as this one does. Lots of incredible information that begins before the Pirates of the Caribbean became a lifelong favorite attraction at the Disney parks and ends with the movie franchise and back to the parks again. This book is jam-packed with information and colorful photographs of the attraction and designs as well as artwork.

I've only read the first 40 pages so far, but this is an incredible insight into Disney history and Imagineering. There is a lot of rare artwork and photography and fantastic first hand accounts of the planning and construction that went into these and other rides. A must read for Disney lovers and would-be Imagineers.

If you love the Pirates of the Caribbean ride then you will just love this book! I want to go back and ride each version of this ride again. Jason has done a great job with this book.

I have purchased several copies of this book for evidence because within it are several pages that contain deliberate concocted facts and lies about the history of Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean ride attraction. Written by Jason Surrell and signed off by Marty Sklar this book was used with their defense during legal proceedings of a lawsuit over the Pirates of the Caribbean movie (Royce Mathew vs Disney). One of the best books out there for fans. It gives great info and insight into the original concept art for the rides! It has awesome pictures and the quality was really good despite being a used copy. If only I could find a copy of the haunted mansion one now...
