For dry eyes = perfect
I have dry eyes and was told to use hot fermentation on eyes. I am using this since 8 months and using it daily. It has helped me so much. If you have dry eyes or fee ur eyes are heavy due to screen time then this is no brainer. Go for it.

Works very well in 20 second heating time only
Excellent product! Daily used by me and mother in law. Very easy to use. Heats up in 20 second only.

Doesn't warm enough. Expensive for what it does.
Recommended to not heat for longer than 30 seconds in microwave. And it barely gets warmed up in that time and gets cold in 3 to 4 minutes while it's recommended to use it for 10 minutes in one usage. Extremely expensive as well. Can get better products at better price.

Good for Dry Eyes ans MGD
Bang on....its a gift for people who need regular Eye warm compression for Dry Eye Syndrome. Best part is you can heat the inner bag in Microwave for 30 sec maxm. It gives warmth and moist for 10 mins......Must bye for Dry Eyes or Meibomian Glans Disorder pateints....

Not that good
Imean..I bought it to smoothly eyes..which it does but the heating last only for two or three minutes..And it should be cheaper..Current price is way to high for this product
