Out of the last box of 12 pens four failed well before the ink ran out when the ball bearing fell out of its housing and it is impossible to replace so the pen has to be thrown away

A good product. The pens don't last long, if used every day. The ink is dark navy rather than the deep blue of other supergel rollerballs I have bought in the past. (I prefer the deep blue). But reliable and a good flow.
