If your interested in becoming a fighting game purist or you are just interested in testing the pros and cons of a fight pad, then this is controller for you. I like fighting games and always told people with fight pads that they were too serious. But when using a conventional controller your limited to the 4 way D-Pad or Mini joysticks. These were made for simple movements, and not so much with command input. So if you want to get serious and have more consistency with input moves then this is the right beginner route for you.I did my research and this is the best quality for the price and its not too bad. You get all bells and whistles without it being too fancy or overpriced. The joy stick seems like the best part of the pad, it has the 8 way restrictor plate which makes a click every time on the up down left right and diagonals. Which lets you know if your inputting the right movement for your fighters move set. Which is something only SNK arcade machines did and SNK brand fighters were made for this style. US arcades did not have these plates so its all guess work. GET THIS CONTROLLER if you want to get serious. As for buttons they are responsive and work, and are fluid just like in the arcade. For a budget controller its really top tie for getting your feet wet, and you can use it on PS3/PS4, Xbox1, PC, and Switch. And with PlayStation, PC, and Switch doing the Arcade Archive's, and you just want the arcade experience on arcade games then this is the way to go whether its Pac Man, Galaga, or Street Fighter, but more importantly King of Fighters or anything fighting game for the Neo Geo. Almost for got to mention shoot em up games, it has a turbo feature on the top of the pad so you can set the fire button to rapid fire in turbo so you don't have to button mash or macro to have a moderate shot burst.Also if your worried about shifting on a table or slipping, don't worry it has suction cups on the back and they are super sticky, it held like glue on my living room coffee table. Even if your table isn't smooth for suction pads, the rubber of the pads will keep it still in place. And for your right palm for not slipping off it has a very comfortable rubber textured padding. I like that they had the hindsight to include this.Now for fighter games its not going to make you an instant pro, but you will immediately tell when and how your doing inputs wrong. You'll learn how to fix them right away with less frustration. You will love the clicks. I do, its just take a little practice and you'll be on your way to challenging your friends and owning them.Works great and consistently on all my consoles

The quality of the product is good. I feel like I get the same control in games I get from a standard arcade box. I wish it worked with my PS5. My only complaint is that the stick and buttons make loud noises when pressed.

The size is quite big to my asian hand size. Joystick control works well within my expectation. Worth the bucks.My room is already small, so a 3/4 of this would have fitted perfectly to my drawer. I tested out some pokeman on emulator so I can buy the real game later. It worked as expected; Not professionally smooth joystick's movement but does 95% of my none-professional fighting game needs. Have not test on Switch, Ps4; I did test on Windows 10 and android Samsung DEX mode!

I bought this for my Nintendo switch to play KOF .The stick worked well but one button just flat out didn't work

Works great. I plugged it into my PC and had the keys mapped to play some old Mortal Kombat. Buttons feel solid, the stick itself felt good. It has suction cup feet to hold the unit down, makes gameplay more fun without having to readjust.

The stick has great features and feels good to play; the only con is that it is small and the stick is too close to the buttons for people with big hands like myself.

I bought my mom this fight stick for Valentines Day to complement the Atari 2600 Game compilation for PS1 (Played on PS3 SS). But after a month or two, according to my mom: "The R1/RB button gets stuck all te time and the stick is starting to get sloppy.". Probably it could happen to any other controller she as in her possesion that it belongs to her and her only. But with a bit of cleaning and stuff, It went back to normal. Anyways, I recommend the Product. It's pretty good for fighting games, Emulating MAME games and playig Friday Night Funkin (If your brain thinks slow and only thinks of WHERE are the notes and not WHAT are the notes).

m' not sure if you gonna smash the keys in Games like Tekken but for classic Arcades its just sweet ..if you are into retro gaming Then I strongly suggest you this ..its connecting & Mapping very easily tried directly to pc and tried mimic the ps4 controller on pc .. so it should work for other platforms without any hassles

Within use of 2 months one button has stopped working. Now someone tell me is there any way I can repair it or is this product under warranty?
