This is my second time ordering this kelp! The first time I only ordered one package to test it out and because it was so fresh and of great quality I ordered three more packages! I’m Korean and this is how we flavor our soups and broths naturally. Of course we also add dried anchovies, daikon, onions, mushrooms, and spring onions as well. Then these ingredients are discarded. They’re only used to flavor the liquid and then the other main ingredients are added…..that all depends on what you’re making.
