Q: Is it better on wet or dry hair?

I think my mother in law used it in my father in laws wet hair but I’m not sure about that. I think it will be a personal preference however and whenever you want to use it. I would think that it would be better to use in wet hair as most of the hair dressers wet or wash your hair before they cut it. I hope this helps
