You're got to pump it up
Good engineer it's made well and does put the air pressure into the tyre and for children too not just adults.

Great looking and compact pump ….but!
The media could not be loaded. Great looking pulp and is powerful but the single but massively annoying thing I found when using it is that it once you have pumped up you tyre and want to unscrew the pump ot will unscrew the core of your preseta valve (assuming it has a removable core) and let out all the air you just slaved into the tire. It’s kind of manageable if you fiddle with how tight you screw it onto the valve but other pumps are less frustrating and don’t do that.If you have a schrader valve you’re fine aside from the usual effort of a compact non double action pump.

Useless with Schrader valves
Disaster of a pump. Pulls the valve core (Schrader valve) out when unscrewing from the valve. Lot of discussion about needing to add thread lock to your valve cores and tighten up core massively, but it’s all bollocks. A pump should not inherently unscrew the valve core. Avoid.

Useless on Schrader valves- avoid
All appeared well with the pump. The size, the bike mount, the weight....until trying to use it on a schrader valve. Without fail it would unscrew the cores whilst attempting to remove the hose connection. Really, who designed and approved such a massive design fault? That is £35 down the drain. Thank you Lezyne.

This is it. The mini pump to end all mini pumps.
I used to carry a C02 pump, but was stranded 50+ miles from home a few weeks ago when I got two flats back to back (never before happened in 15 years of year round biking), and for some reason my second cartridge kamikazied itself as soon as I screwed it in. I had to do the most shameful thing ever and have my wife pick me up in her minivan, and I vowed to never let it happen again.I bought this with high hopes, and they were completely exceeded. Ok, here’s the things I wanted to know, but couldn’t figure out from online reviews… this also applies to the other Lezyne mini pumps. The “screw on portion” screws on to the valve portion of the stem. So if you have smooth stems, you’re still set, it only catches the very very end of the stem.I tried really really hard to get it to unscrew the valve like some reviews have said, and did not have luck with that. I have a valve stem tool on my multi tool anyways. I suppose if I was really worried about it I could blue loctite the valves in there. 20 seconds of work, and I don’t mind anything that has to do with bike work. Are you still concerned about the valve getting unscrewed? You can order the Lezyne slip chuck (the black plastic one) and it fits on the Schrader end of the valve and just slips on and off of presta valves. I ordered it before hand, and it works great. It didn’t slip off up to 90 psi.I put myself through it and pumped up a flat to 90 psi in my shop 4 times with this thing. It took me between 4 minutes to 5 minutes of pumping. It was moderately tough, but not what I would call difficult. I did have more luck when I oriented the tire to be lying down, and pumped downwards. The air release valve on the presta side is a great feature so you don’t have to fight the air pressure in the hose when unthreading.I am a roadie so I don't own any bikes with schrader valves so I can’t tell you if that side works well. This fits in both of my different under seat bags, along with spare tube, multi tool, patch kit, and a few Clif Bars. It is truly miniature, and I really love it. I tore it down and it’s a nice simple design, not much to go wrong. All internal rings can be sourced pretty much anywhere. The tube can be sourced separately if you plan on using this thing a lot and it wears out. I would imagine I’ll get 15 years out of it and buy something new and shiny. So, if you can stand the price, go for it. You won’t regret it, it’s a nice solid pump, tiny footprint, and works well.

Sehr gute Luftpumpe
