It doesn't hurt my gum
It is very soft and doesn't hurt my gum. But It doesn't clean between teeth. I am using different types of toothbrushe at once or each time. The brush is getting wider after few times of brushing. But So far, I like it because it is most soft one in my experience. I hope the price goes down more.

Great for sensitive mouths
Nephew suggested these. Ive always had sensitive teeth. These really help with that for some reason. I rinse with hot water after brushing as they are dense and I dont want paste build up. For this reason I will replace brushes every 30 days. Teeth come clean really well too.

Very disappointed. Toothbrush Heads Keep Falling Apart.
I thought these toothbrushes were a great deal. I should have known better. At first, I was only disappointed with the tongue cleaner part on the back of the toothbrush. With my previous toothbrushes from another brand that looks strikingly similar to these, the back tongue cleaner is much better. After a few days of normal use, these toothbrushes fall apart. The toothbrush heads consistently break. This is ridiculous. After the first two times, I adjusted how I brushed, thinking it was something wrong I was doing. However, regardless of my brushing technique and trying to be careful, they keep breaking. The quality of these toothbrushes is very poor. I advise others to avoid these.

Helps Reverse Receding Gums & Polishes Teeth, BUT...
Update Review: 6-1-21I found these brushes tend to smell bad with bacteria pretty quickly, even when storing it in hydrogen peroxide. I’ve had to replace them every two weeks! They’re still good for the gums and for polishing teeth... but I decided to use an oral electric toothbrush as my primary, plus a waterpik, and just use these every now and then to help massage my gums.In MY experience?PROS:Polishes teeth like no other (gets rid of plaque especially the back side of my molars)Super gentle on the gumsYour GUMS will love you for it! (Can help reverse Receding Gums - it does for me!)CONS:Does not clean between teeth very well (I scrub the sides of my teeth with floss!)Requires longer brushing time to eliminate calcifications or plaqueHandles are too straight and skinny (make brushing for longer periods of time more difficult, but not impossible)Handle Colors are not terribly appealing, unless you are from China, perhaps.Recommendations:1. Use a magnifying mirror to see how well the brushwork and flossing is working for you (each time if possible!)2. If your gums are ok, use a regular brush then this nano brush to polish3. If your gums are suffering, use only this brush, good holistic toothpaste (no fluoride, SLS or hidden sugars), floss between teeth, and store toothbrush in a shot glass filled with fresh peroxide to prevent bacteria build up.4. If the handle is challenging, consider sliding a rubber finger support pencil holder down onto it.5. Give away some of your extra brushes with friends and family members!

1 toothbrush to rule them all
I recently discovered this type of toothbrush and just had to give it away for Christmas. Don't worry.... gave other stuff too. I'm not a monster. Was happy to see it in bulk. Have gotten back good feedback. I myself have snap in dentures and tend to bleed when trying to brush my posts. I don't bleed with these and they work well for my posts. They do feel freaking weird but ya gotta get past that. They are the bomb.
