It works well. Be sure you order the right model. The T3i camera uses a different dummy battery than the T3.But once you order the proper part, it works as expected.

I just checked directly with Canon, and this is what their rep said (copied and pasted)"Thanks for waiting. Regrettably, there isn't a power adapter manufactured or available for the EOS Rebel T100. When applicable, this information would be provided in the System Map section of the manual, and there isn't any AC adapter and DC coupler accessories for it."The battery fits into the slot on my Canon Rebel T100.... but that's it. The camera will not power on with its battery door open, and there's no slot on the camera to run the cable through so the door stays open. As a result, there's no way to close the door, and the camera won't power on. The camera can only run on batteries.Saying it works with a T100 is false advertising, so the distributor or Amazon needs to remove the T100 from the compatibility list.Since I now have to order a T7, this little experiment will end up costing me about $400....

Works great for powering the camera with both batteries. I wish the cord connecting the camera was a little longer but for the price this is n excellent value.

Been using the power supply a lot for a couple of months now. It has been working perfect. It is not a heavy duty device so take care with it and it'll surely do its job a long time. 💰 The price was perfect 💰

for the couple comments saying this doesnt work with the rebel t7, they are "blatently people who dont know what they are talking about", whatever that means.There is a little slot covered by a rubber protecter for you to feed the cable out of, si it doessnt need to "trick" the camera into thinking the door is closed, because you can actually close the door, so no need for tricks or tom-foolary, if these customers spent as long as it took them to type up a review into plugging it in, they would know thatWalmart sells this cable and a USB-A to USB-B together for $89, i got them both on Amazon this one for $15, the USB for $9. They work perfectly so I would say its a killer value

Purchased so I could have constant power available for using my camera for streaming. Have had no problems with it at all. Fits snug and provides power without any issues.

The media could not be loaded.  So, If you are someone that is going to use your camera for any studio or Youtube usages, then this is good for that reason. Yes, it can be used for anything as I am using it now for the online content on another platform.No more recharging those batteries. It's light and can in the box in the images. Yes, again, the item is made in china. I am going to update you all in the incoming weeks ahead. But is a good item as we write this review on March 21st, 2021.

Buen producto, funcional, me ayudó mucho

Llego hace unos dias y funciona por el momento. Para los que no sepan, como yo, tienes que cerrar la tapa para que se reconozca y prenda la camara (por lo menos en mi caso no prendio hasta que no cerre la tapa), lo cual me preocupa un poco porque se va ir pelando el cable poco a poco (espero que no).
