Super easy to install so far everything works great. Definitely bigger than I thought it was gonna be even though I measured it., only complaint so far as it has a distinct brand new factory smell not the most pleasant but I looked it up apparently it’s from the manufacturing process and it’ll air out so just make sure you air it out after you install it leave a window open or something.

Install by 1 person is not hard but not easy either. I highly recommend getting some universal mounts. Install was a lot easier and the mounts give you some wiggle room in case you didn't line things up evenly. The screen produces a good picture. The motor operates smoothly. The only possible negative is you have to stop the screen yourself which really is no biggy. The screws they give you seem a little dinky but if you buy the universal mounts they come with beefier screws. I would buy this again and may buy another. No hiccups in delivery no damage scratches or dings. Manufacturing could use a little QC as one bracket on one side was a little bent but didn't affect anything. For the money it was a good purchase. 👍

The Kayle 120" motorized projector screen is a solid product for the price. The picture quality is excellent, the motor runs smoothly, and the screen material looks clean and professional once installed. It really upgrades a home theater setup without breaking the bank. That said, the included mounting hardware is not strong enough to support the weight of the screen when mounted to the ceiling. In my case, the hardware stripped out, and the screen came down. Fortunately, Amazon resolved the situation, but it’s worth noting that you should plan to use stronger hardware than what’s provided. Pros: Large 120" size with crisp, clear screen material Motorized function works smoothly and quietly Good price compared to other electric screens Great image quality for movies and gaming Cons: Included hardware isn’t strong enough for ceiling mounting Screen is heavy, so installation requires better anchors/brackets Overall, the screen itself is excellent for the cost, but the mounting hardware needs an upgrade. With stronger brackets, it’s a great value home theater screen.

Screen works great except make sure you go by the size view dimension not the picture. The picture shows wrong dimensions. Display Dimensions 107.48"x69.69"x3.3" Thats the real dimensions. Had to return it because wrong on picture

Final Update 10/14/2024 Customer support is awesome. They sent a replacement remote promptly. Screen quality is excellent at such a reasonable price. I would recommend both the product and the seller. Update 10/3/24 Seller reached out to offer replacement remote. Will update if I receive the remote. Review: The screen quality is very good but the remote stopped working. I sent an email to the support email listed in the product manual as well as to the seller. No reply. Being a bulky item I paid for professional installation. So returning is not an option. Called Amazon product support and they asked me to return the item for replacement. I spent $100 to get it installed and spend another $100 to get it uninstalled and reinstalled. Amazon is completely unempathetic and robotic by providing a scripted solution. So, buy at the risk of not having warranty support neither from the manufacturer, seller nor Amazon.

Huge, easy to install and provides an excellent picture. The motor worked well and performed faster than I anticipated so that is a plus. It has lasted outside, through rain, ice and snow and still works as advertised one full season later.

This item works now well after a period of off-gassing in the garage (the initial smell was intense but it is gone now after a few weeks of airing out) but I cannot figure out how to use the auto-stop feature and I the listing says "We provide...lifetime customer service express our attitude to customers. Prompt response from us will always be there no matter before or after sales." but I cannot figure out how to contact the seller in order to ask how to use this feature. I want to adjust the projector so when I press the down button it automatically stops at the right length instead of completely unfurling. Can you please advise? Thank you.

So weak

This screen is quite good in itself, but... it's defective, and the seller isn't answering. The screen is a bit teard of on the lower left end, which isn't a problem. It's fixable, and I didn't even report it. But it also has fixed lines that are clearly visible on the screen... (yes, it's the screen, not the projector, I've tested it all ways possible). My request was quite reasonable, asking if there was any solution to remove the lines/clean the screen, but... no answer. So, in the end, it's a very expensive screen that I'll use until I can find another one. Sad.
