Resco Dog Nail Clippers with SuperCut Technology

A long time fan of Miller Forge clippers, I took a shot with a pair of these and boy am I glad I did. These clippers are sensational.I've had dogs my entire life and nail clipping is always one of those chores which I can't decide who hates it more the dogs or me. if there's a clipper out there chances are I've tried it - with the exception of guillotine style clippers which crush the nail, cause pain and should be banned.But dremel based grinders, scissor style clippers to you name it - we've tried it.Our Old English Bulldogs DESPISE having their nails clipped as do most pooches, the trick I think is speed and accuracy and these clippers make that pretty easy to accomplish. The build quality is superb, heavy metal - no plastic! plus a rubber hand grip on the outside, great tension on the spring - and perhaps most important incredibly sharp blades both lower and upper.The open eye hole design is perfect for most any size dog - they even work great on our 95 pound Bullie who has nails like a Pterodactyl. The nails were trimmed fast, quickly and safely.Worth every cent, these are simply outstanding.5 trimmed paws up!

They’re heavy duty they cut good and quick not sure what good the file or Emery board does but the powder stops bleeding very quickly

As a dog groomer, I have used these suckers daily for two years now and they are still going strong. Sharp, sturdy, accurate, and work well in tight spaces of overgrown curled nearly into pad nails.The small (regular*) size clippers I have used in any dog between a Chihuahua puppy to an adult Great Pyrenees. Sometimes I need to attack the nails at strategic angles in the exceptionally thick nails, but this works like a dream, with minimum effort actually cut.The Large ones...well, I only break them when I have a certain Irish Wolfhound or Great Danes with nails as thick as my pinkie finger. They would no where near as good as my small ones. I really haven't decided if it's because they are not as sharp as the small, or if my hands are too small for sufficient leverage. After all, the spread of the handles are pretty much the width of my palms...so I leave that to you to decide.Either way I will buy these again when I finish beating my other set to a pulp.

I ordered these for my 75 pound dog who is so terrified of having her nails clipped at the vet that she has to be heavily sedated.I used at home two nights ago and was easily able to cut all of her thick nails. They are well-made, heavy and extremely sharp. I highly recommend

Nice trimmer but larger and heavier than necessary. Recommend one of the smaller, lighter options.

I really wasn't sure what to expect when placed the order although others had reviewed these dog nail clippers from Resco favorably. I have had so many times things not what they are promised that I have started having to see it to believe it and now I do! I am very happy I listened to the favorable reviews because these are excellent!! I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

These are the best nail clippers I've purchased for my 8yr old lab/German mix. She has thick nails and they cleanly cut through!

I haven't used them yet as I trying to get by dog use to seeing them as he's not good at people touching his feet ...but they look as if they are better than some nail clipper I've bought
