Snappy Cheddar Cheese Popcorn Seasoning, 12 Oz

Good flavor. Don't put it into your popcorn popper though or it will chunk up and burn the popcorn around it. Just sprinkle it over the cooked popcorn and it's great.

For anyone who likes taking things way too literally: THIS DOESN'T ACTUALLY TASTE LIKE CHEDDAR CHEESE. It's not supposed to! It's supposed to taste like that delicious orange popcorn that always disappears first from those holiday tins. And this is a very close match! Stuff is tasty!I'm too lazy to toss my popcorn in oil to make it stick, but discovered that layering it, lightly spraying with butter-flavored cooking spray, then powdering it works the easiest for me. When the bown is full, stir it a little and you're good to go.My girflriend turned her nose up at it when I was making it, then wouldn't keep her hand out of my bowl after I sat next to her. I finally got up and made a second bowl for us to share.I have NFC what is in this stuff, nor do I want to know. I just know it tastes good and makese me happy.

This is great! I love that it comes in this big container. My husband is sp hooked on this I might have have to buy it by the case!

I didn't think there could be much difference in something as simple as popcorn seasoning but boy was I wrong. You truly get what you pay for with this and it's absolute bottom tier. The taste isn't great but it's also very weak. I usually get Kernel's Seasoning but I thought this would be a value proposition but somehow it isn't. The taste is so bland that you end up using significantly more than if I stuck with Kernels. And that's without taking into account how much worse this tastes. It's oily and reminds me of those old cheese puffs your dad used to eat. This is just bad. Really, really bad.

Very good flavor and in a big enough container to last for longer than 6 bowls of popcorn

After tasting it… I had to pour it all into a bowl, then, add some sea salt at the bottom the original container and layer it like that. Then shook it all up and it started to taste like something better. I’ll never buy it again because it’s just a wasteful purchase without US as Consumers in mind. Not worth the purchase.

For popcorn, you need to use butter first on the popcorn while hot or it won't stick. Even then, it's an art to get it evenly coated - you'll end up with a lot of the product on the bottom of the bowl. You won't need any extra salt - it's got plenty. But the frustrating thing is how it picks up moisture and then turns into a block of cheese product that would stick to anything but your hands even after you break it up. I think the trick is not buy too much of it and use it quickly and/or keep it in a plastic bag to prevent moisture or humidity from making it into a mess.
