PROS: Got the phone super quick via Amazon. The seller promptly answered questions on phone. The phone is brand new. We just switched the sim card from the existing smartphone on H20 to the new Alcatel phone and works just great for making and receiving calls. Very good and clear reception with H20 Wireless which uses AT&T.CONS: NO WARRANTY IN THE BOX AND THE SELLER ONLY COVERS FOR 30 DAYS. NO OPERATIONS MANUAL IN BOX! (However, you can find it easily enough via google search and print off or save it as a pdf. NO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MANUAL FOR SETTING UP SPEED DIAL LOCATIONS 2 THROUGH 9. (We finally figured it out, but that is inexcusable for leaving it out of the manual. I contacted Alcatel regarding the 12-month warranty and they may stil cover it, should it be needed, BUT there is a $20 fee for shipping and return, making it not that worthwhile. As it seems to be well made, I do not anticipate a problem with good care. Battery (without using data and/or texting) lasts 48 hours. We will buy a back up battery on eBay for under $7.00 to keep for back up.The speakerphone feature works terribly. In closing, I should note that we have data turned off on the phone as the user I got it for does not want to use data or texting! The user I got the phone for loves it as it is lightweight and just needs and wants it for making phone calls!Update: 2022 06 30: User is very happy with phone. One user note. If you hold the phone so your mouth is below or above the microphone, the person you are speaking with will not hear you as clear as it should be. If you position the microphone right in front of your mouth, the quality is excellent!UPDATE: 2023 07 19: The phone continues to work great on H20 Wireless. In fact, we are changing the airtime plan to annual for $60 plus tax ($5/mo) for unlimited calls and voice mail)! We are going to buy a second one for the user, just as a back up.

i spent a lot of time with h2o to get it work with them ,but is a great basic phone !

The phone looks fine but the SIM card drewer won’t open.

Overall great value and buy
