Love this pan. Washes up easily and nothing sticks. I'd but again.

We've been using this for only six months. If it doesn't hold up I'll be back to revise my review. The pan is heavy-ish; very solid. It cooks evenly and well. I use parchment paper for baking so my review is based on that. So far the clean up - even with oven bacon drippings drying on the side where the parchment doesn't reach - is a breeze. Be gentle with pans, take your time, rub softly. I use cold water first for grease down the drain, then high temp for what didn't come off. It still shines like new!

I love everything Blue Diamond, and these cookie sheets are no exception. Cookies bake well but don't stick to the sheets, so clean-up is quick and easy. The sheets were not totally flat when they arrived, but with use they have flattened out.

Overall, it is a decent cookie sheet in terms of weight and browning for cookies, with easy removal from the sheet. However, even when using it at temps below the 450 degree rating, the sheet warps (as other reviewers have pointed out as well). Even as low as 415, I've had it make a loud pop and warp right in the middle of baking. So while it's convenient, light, and easy to clean, be aware of the warping as it's major shortcoming.

I baked frozen chicken wings at 450 Degrees F and the baking pan did not warp or distort. It kept flat the whole time. The cleanup was a snap because of the good non-stick surface.

I wanted a large pan and I got it. Love the nonstick coating and it;s nice to have color in my kitchen. Cleanup is a breeze compared to the metal sheets I have which sometimes means brillo bads to get burnt areas clean.

Update: After baking chicken on the pan twice, it's garbage. The non-stick coating is coming off and the pan is rusting. This is unacceptable considering I washed it by hand with only with a scrub sponge and regular dish soap. Everything sticks to the pan now. It's worse than a cheap but seasoned non-stick pan. I bought this Blue Diamond cookie pan because I love my other Blue Diamond cookware pieces. Once again this did not disappoint! The pan is sturdy and easy to clean. When I made chicken wings on the pan, there was no sticking whatsoever, and cleanup was a breeze! The diamond pattern allows the chicken skin to crisp up nicely without sticking to the pan. Cookies come out perfectly too. I love these cookie pans! I just purchased another one.

Good quality but sizing is incorrect so did not fit in my oven. Size is supposed to be 18" but it is closer to 19" and cannot fit in my oven shelves that that are 18" wide

The pan is non stick but it warps in the oven and the non stick coating is already coming off. It’s only a little over a month old.

Das Blech ist super bezogen mot non stick oberpfläche nur ist der für die schienen ein haarbreite zu breit. Passt aber auf der oberkante .

Ich hatte schon zwei kleine Bleche und wollte mir ein grosses gönnen. Die Beschichtung ist genial. Leider musste ich feststellen ,dass die Massangaben nicht stimmen. Statt der angegebenen 33 x 45,7 cm,waren es 34,7x47,7cm. Somit für meinen Ofen nicht zu gebrauchen. Werde es verschenken.Schade!
