It is great I saw results in days had a lot of energy and I could do more reps with every set and just in general this product is great I would recommend to anyone who is trying to work out or just have a body of energy made my works outs a lot easier and the results are amazing I would try it for yourself if I where you believe me and I bought this thinking it wouldn’t do much but I saw the reviews and I tried it for myself. The pills are a little bit big but you will get used to it there’s no flavor so it’s good I recommend pills because it taste of creatine and powder is bad and you won’t know how many grams exactly you will be taking, but in general this product is a 10 out of 10 for the price that it is right now it is a really good product

On the days I don’t workout, wanted something easy to take instead of making smoothies with the powder. Definitely love the convenience and it’s made of quality creatine. Have already seen results after a few weeks. Only down fall is the pills are very large! So if you have trouble swallowing pills this one isn’t for you! But I did like how the quantity is only four versus the 5-7 a lot of the other brands are.

I’ve been actively going to the gym 3-5 times a week for two months and was seeing very minimal results. My goal at the moment is to bulk up so I tried this supplement and saw a noticeable difference within two weeks. My muscles look and feel fuller after every workout. I also saw a significant decrease in my recovery time after starting this. I’m not a fan of pre workout due to the jitters and uneasy feeling I get. This stuff gives a decent amount of energy without the negative side. I only take 2 tablets before a workout and have definitely seen results. Will be ordering again once I run out!

These things are absolute cow pills! I added tictacs to the picture for scale. I take multiple pills daily for different illnesses and don’t normally have a problem. I do have a sensitive stomach in the mornings from my blood sugar which is when I’d take these before working out. And these guys are almost impossible for me to swallow whole. I cut one in half and took both with water thinking that’ll make it easier to swallow and still gagged it back up. One half at a time was all I could get down. I got down 1 1/2 pills before I ended up throwing up all the water because it kept making me gag.And while they are effective, being such huge pills and it taking 3 of them to get the full serving (I have an older bottle I just started taking again, I think now it’s 4 pills/serving), I’m not gonna be able to keep taking these and will probably switch to powder or another pill.

4-5 taken before workouts and can really feel an energy increase that helps with intensifying weight training.
