Lidocaine 4% Topical Anesthetic Cream
T**.
Great for Neuropathic Feet!
I use this on my dad's feet when his neuropathy is particularly ornery. Not too greasy, not sticky once it's on, and it's not filled with any overwhelming scent or perfume. We bounce between this and Penetrex which is also good. This is better for especially painful nights when the neuropathy flares up when he lies down. This is a way better bargain then BenGay or AsperCream with lidocaine. We also like that this is more of an ointment cream instead of a liquid cream.

DOES THE JOB
Works better than I expected. The reviews I had read before purchasing weren't great so I didn't know what to expect. I used this for numbing an area before piercing my nose with a disposable gun. I put the lidocaine on about 20 minutes and reapplied for another 20. When I went to pierce the area was numb (this is a topical cream, not injection so it didn't numb very deep) and it still hurt but I know without this product it would have been a lot more uncomfortable. I also have used it before sanitizing and reinserting the stud when it had fallen out. If anyone has had this happen then you know this doesn't feel great. I could barely feel anything. I actually ended up making another hole next to the one originally made with the gun (I felt like an idiot)... This is the only numbing cream I have used so I don't have anything to compare to.For the price and effectiveness of this product I would definitely recommend it!

Does nothing.//// UPDATE 2/10/21
This does absolutely nothing. If you plan on doing something to your face such as microneedling you DEFINITELY need something else. I forgot that I had even put it on the first two times that I tried it. It is not in the slightest bit numbing. UPDATE: Ok, so I gave it yet another shot and this time I LOADED it on my face really thick. I sat for about 45 minutes with it caked on heavily before microneedling myself and it actually worked really well. SO, if you put it on thick, I can say that I would recommend it. Thank you very much.

No nonsense, Just works as advertised!
This is a good item for the first aid kit. I'm certain there are dozens of uses to relieve pain from minor injuries. I use it for burns, scrapes, insect bites and other skin irritations. Best of all, I appreciate the no nonsense approach. Clearly labeled as Lidocaine 4% topical anesthetic, no fancy name, no hype. Recomended! Sincerely, The Old Geezer.

Smaller tube.
Trying out the product. A smaller tube than I thought. But I will keep in my the size for next time.

This product works
This product numbed my skin in 15 minutes for microneedling. The only reason it might not work for people is that they are not putting enough on their skin. It needs to be applied with a thick layer, not thinly layered or rubbed in.
