This product works as advertised even better and we really like it. The hardware to install did not work well with tile but bought some screws with the plastic insert to go into wall problem solved I do recommend this product.

This is my second time ordering thisFirst one was greatThis one is not the same stuff plastic hose received not asadvertised, water pressure weak nor light the first one I received. This one is definitely not authentic. Very disgusted and waste of time on sending back after setting up. Terrible and not the quality product I received the first time. This is a knock off shamefulWill post on social media so no one is fooled as I was.

I like this shower head for several reasons. First, it's adjustable to fit holes that are already in your shower. Second, it's modern looking but not too much so. Third, the price is reasonable.The only thing I did not care for was the cord/tubing. It was in a plastic tube and looked cheap. So I just used the one that I had.

Love this shower head. Works well and was a great addition to our updated shower.

I would use this product again.

I was hoping..really hoping I would like this set up. Getting older and creakier, I thought it time to invest in a wand combo shower. You can install this as you would like it , I chose the way in the picture. I LOVE it. All my trepidation was gone at the very first shower. This will serve me well for many years. Not to mention it’s clean design. I can’t say anything negative!

Beware of expecting Kohler quality at this price. I ordered this without reading the reviews on the basis of the Kohler brand quality. As outlined in other reviews, this product does not come close to that standard, and Kohler should consider selling it under a different name to protect their brand reputation. The construction is very light-weight and it would be out of place with the high-quality Kohler shower head and valves I purchased for this custom shower. The hose is stiff and does not want to release its coil and would be annoying to use. Have returned it and purchased Kohler K-98344, K-8593, and K-22166 in hopes of better quality. K-8593 is a "metal" vs "ribbon" hose, and the Kohler rep says its more flexible. It is 72" long vs 60" in the kit. It is priced higher as you would expect. K-98344 is a sidebar with integral supply, and on Amazon is priced lower than K-8524, which is the standard 30" sidebar. The later requires trim and a supply elbow as well, further raising the cost difference.

The best thing is having the shower spray at the right height. For us shorter people being able to stand with it lower allows us to use less water because we’re closer to the force. Hand holding it is easy and quick

I have contacted the seller because I have received a very cheap product here. The hose is plastic not metal. Was shocked to open the box after purchasing to find this. My project was delayed for months and I mistakenly did not check this product upon first receiving it. I am asking seller for replacement or refund. Will update this review upon their reply.

Looks good so dar however the water line is a different finish and is cheap plastic- not made of the same material as the other parts

It is made of plastc.
