This is getting more expensive but is still good to keep on hand. It controls diarrhea as well as constipation. It is sugar free and tastes great.

Tasted different than what I got in Costco warehouse
It tasted different than what I had previously purchased, but seemed more like the regular Metamucil, with clumping of powder when mixed with water.
