Old FriendMen's Soft Sole Moccasin

So, my dad had slippers, but was always complaining about getting shocked (very dry where we are). I recommended slippers with a natural sole, i.e. leather, to help reduce that issue. So, I found these and bought them for him. He absolutely loves them. They are comfy and definitley helped with the static electricity build up. Since he does not wear slippers outside or anything, there is no worry about the leather sole. For outside, he uses shoes or flip flops. Note: these are toasty warm. If you don't want toastly feet, consider a different pair without the lining....By the way, I ended up buying a pair for myself and ditto his comments about them. Great slippers for those cold days, love them.

Very very comfortable with just a small amount of structure the Minnetonka moccasins lack. I will update review if durability is an issue but I highly doubt it. These seem to be very well made.

I have bought Old Friend soft sole slippers for over 15 years. I love the way they feel. Having diabetes, the comfort in my feet is so important and these slippers help me feel better. I will only buy Old Friend soft sole slippers!

I wear a 10 shoe. I wear 11 with these slippers. I bought both 10 and 11 slippers and decided the 11 was better. The 10 is the right size if I was wearing these slippers as shoes walking to the store. But for sliding around the house on carpet and floors, the slightly looser 11 is better. Fleece lining is comfortable. The sole is soft so there is no support or hardness on the bottom. You're not barefoot, but its not too different. The shoes can be tightened with the shoe lace. You have to use two hands to put them on. Not slip on. Of the 20 slippers ordered from Amazon, these were the best.

My prostate cancer has spread to bones all over my body and especially my lower body making it impossible to wear regular shoes because my feet, legs and ankles are so swollen and bending over is difficult. I was down to one pair of slippers with rubber soles to wear outside even though they weren't especially attractive. I also had one pair of washable cloth, soft sole slippers that I could wear in my apartment and to sleep with but increasingly I had difficulty putting them on.I did a lot of research and somehow came upon Old Friend products. I first purchase their step-in open toe slipper and also their adjustable strap bootie slipper both of which I wear outside because they have rubber soles. They are super comfortable!! I like them so much I purchased their Loafer Moccasin soft sole that is absolutely perfect for a sleeping slipper and to wear within my apartment. I'm absolutely sold on Old Friend products and will continue to purchase and wear them and recommend them. For people with serious disabilities like myself, these product are a God send!!!

This is the third pair of these moccasins I have purchased for either my husband or me, so I know what size to get. The only pair of size 12 available was Used, but for a substantial discount. I decided to take the gamble and it paid off! They apparently had been returned due to incorrect sizing, because they were obviously brand new but did not fit like a size 12. My husband wears a 12 and they were too small for him. I wear a size 9.5 - 10 in men’s shoes, and they fit me just a little bit large. I’m guessing they are actually a size 10. Fortunately I needed a new pair of slippers too, so the incorrect sizing was a win for me!

I'm on my second pair of these and they have lasted 5 years with almost daily use. ( first pair lasted 7 years) Went to buy my 3rd pair but sadly they are out of stock. They have remained warm and mostly fluffy...the sides have started getting holes where my little toe rubs against and that's the only reason I want a new pair. They continue to keep my feet warm and after all these years there is hardly any smell. These slippers ROCK!!

My husband never wore slippers before but thought he might start to try them. Bought these in a size 11 thinking with the fur inside they needed to be a bit bigger. No, needed to return them to get a 10. They fit true to size. He wears them every day and loves them. It's been a couple of weeks wearing them most of the day and they are keeping their shape.

I got a pair of these on Prime Day (30% off), along with a pair of the similar rubber soled slippers (same deal), with the intention of keeping one pair and returning the other. But both styles are so comfortable and useful that neither is going anywhere!The soft-soled version does NOT have removable insoles, so harder to clean than the other style -- docking one star for this. The soles are padded internally with rubber or something, but are wrapped in sheepskin inside and with suede leather on the outside of the soles.Nice, soft, comfy and warm. Worth the premium pricing!

I'm a 9-1/2, which wasn't available in half sizes, so I ordered a 10 expecting a slightly loose fit. In reality, the 10 was a snug fit and fits better than expected. The only downside was that that the moccasins were pink in color, not a Chestnut color. I guess not too big a deal, as I wear these in my Man Cave with my feet up nice and comfy and warm.
