Mission: Her Security (Team 52 Book 3)

I'm enjoying the Mission series. The characters are dynamic and fun."Her Security" brought back memories because my last duty base was Buckley in Aurora, Co. Those big golf-ball looking domes were quite an impressive sight.I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

Exciting, action packed adventure involving Teammate, Smith, along with Kinsey, the coordinator for Team 52. Their attraction to one another becomes amplified when Kinsey is kidnapped by professional terrorists. Smith and his team will face off against incredible odds to rescue her. Entertaining story and starting Book 4 now.

This series is getting better with each book After the first book had so many unrealistic plot points I mainly continued reading the series for the characters. This story with Smith and Kinsey was well done, and the number of stupid decisions and unrealistic action sequences was much fewer. I liked their dynamic as a couple and how they both move past their baggage. I’m still not convinced that a super elite and secretive group like Team 52 would get into the situations they do, but if things weren’t going wrong we wouldn’t have much of a story so the author gets a pass on that. It adds to the sense of adventure!

Ok so I read Book 2 first and book 3 second. Now it is highly doubtful that I’ll read book 1 third or even Book 4 at all. Why? The plots of Book 2 and Book 3 were too much alike—splinter/eccoterrorist group decides that it wants to change something and not seeming to realize that their plot may indeed destroy the world and or themselves at the same time. In the meantime our superheroes may get injured but… well, you get the picture. It stretches more than Gumby. Suspension of disbelief only works so much before it’s a death of disbelief. I did enjoy Book 2 much more than Book 3 by next week I won’t even remember which one was which and who cares?

Mission Team 52 book 3. Smith and Kinsey. Simply fanfreakingtastic. Smith has trust issues but being an alphahole on a super team of badasses he deals differently. Kinsey has some past issues but she fights to be different. Kinsey is kidnapped by some fanatics in order to get an artifact. Smith and the team gear up to get her. A rescue turns into something else. A battle to separate becomes more than loving each other. Dramatic and angsty as hell. Action packed, sexy and oh so tingle worthy.

Mission: Her Security jumps right into where the previous book left off with our heroine, Kinsey, who has just been kidnapped by a mysterious group of men. She knows that Team 52 will come for her but that doesn't stop her from trying to escape. I loved Kinsey fire and her determination and even though she's not a solider like the rest of the team, she never gives up. But getting rescued isn't the end of Kinsey's ordeal because now she has a target on her back and I must say Kinsey holds up well considering all she goes through. But she knows she can count on her team to keep her safe and especially on Smith who hardly leaves her side.I adored Smith from the very beginning because this rough and tough ex-soldier is a serious teddy bear on the inside. He's always been attracted to Kinsey but he's afraid to take a chance so he's kept his distance. But once Kinsey is in danger Smith can't stay away -- he was the perfect blend of alpha male and gentle giant and I loved every second of it. The chemistry between Kinsey and Smith was off the charts and I zipped through this read with it's non-stop action and sexy romance.

Absolutely loved her Security, this is Smith Creed aka the mountain man and the lovely Kinsley. They are attracted to each other but he fights it and she dreams about being his. When Kinsley is taken by a radical group. Smith will pull out all the guns to rescue her and keep her safe. She is his sunshine and he is her protector. I loved their story, the slow build to their relationship and than fireworks. Hackett sets a fast pace from beginning to end but its nothing Team 52 can't handle. So take a dive into Hackett's Team 52, I would recommend reading the series in order for a better understanding of characters and storyline. Happy Reading!!

The only thing I missed was there wasn't so much mystery or explanation of the artefact but the rest of the plot I really liked.Kinsey is a small sunny likeable women she is also a fighter who doesn't let bad things stop her doing anything.Smith Creed he strong fast and a loner he is attracted to Kinsey but he is scared that if he lets her in it will all turn bad and he will lose her forever. Then suddenly Kinsey is kidnapped and now he has to fight to protect her and keep her safe but is he fighting for the biggest reason of all because she means everything to him.

Smith would sacrifice anything to get Kinsey back safely, even his life. But to keep her safe can he sacrifice the one thing she needs....his heart?To say Kinsey has had a rough life is an understatement, she knows it's not all sunshine and roses, especially working with Team 52. But the smile she always has for her team members hides the empty crater inside her, will anyone ever love her for who she is?Smith may be battling the mafia but the more dangerous battle is with his heart, he soon realises there is no going back, one taste and she owns him!

The only thing that stands out is a mobile phone on top of a note.Following a call demanding an ancient artefact in exchange for Kinsey's life, the team swing into action. Three kidnappings and escaped later, the artefact is being used to cause destruction, the aim to make the strongest rule over the weak.

Smith gets his story in book 3 and the team work together as a unit to help save one of there staff who Smith has always been in love with.
