Ok. So if you are a professional skydiver, or an Acopulcin cliff diver, then go spend $500 on whatever newest, name brand action camera the X Games tells you to. For the rest of us, there's no need to spend more than a hundred bucks. The Wi-Fi connection is easy to use. The pictures are great quality, and the video is awesome! The water proof case works great. I bought a 32gb micro sd card for $10 and it holds about 5 hrs of video. It loops video and comes with the accessories needed to use it as a dash cam! I really can't find anything wrong with it. One of the best bang for the buck purchases I've made on Amazon.

When I first started using it, I thought it was a great camera. I had intended on buying more of these... until I took it outside this spring..I bought it over the winter and it seems to work well for that.. But now that summer is coming on, temps in the 90's, the thing is failing.. Once it gets warm, it gets really bad interference in the recording and on the screen. As long as you keep it out of sunlight and keep it from getting warm, it seems to work fine.. But the moment it gets warm, it starts messing up.Additionally, the battery life sucks. 45 minutes MAX at full charge. With two batteries, that is an hour and a half... For a camera like this, battery life should be 4-6 hours easily.UPDATE: 10 JUN 2018 - Well I dropped this to 1 star today. Why? Because it MELTED literally. Was lucky it did not start a fire. And no NOT the battery that caused it, just the sun...I am in Wisconsin so not some hot zone area. But that day we had temps about 95f. I had this camera on a mount set up to record me doing some out door things. It was plugged into a small powerpack since batteries in this thing don't last worth a damn. About 1.5 hours later when I was done, went to get camera and it was literally deformed and a melted hunk of plastic.Ironically once I broke it open to try to get the memory card, and after playing around with it, the thing will still record if plugged into power source and led still displays video. But everything else including battery is melted slag...

Everything about this camera kit has exceeded expectations. I am currently testing this camera as a dash cam and comparing the video quality to an iPhone 6. The definition and color capture is noticeably better than the iPhone. As this unit was not intended as a dash cam, it is missing some features normally attributed to this use; however, if your willing to start and stop the camera at the beginning and end of the trip, it will do a fine job of capturing the trip using the loop function. Loop length is 10 minutes and I have not found a way to adjust it. This is a decent default for this function. I will add more as my testing continues.I would like to praise ODRVM for reaching out with out prompting to check on the condition and satisfaction with their product. I find this to be rare in today's marketplace and will remember this when considering future shopping.

I bought this little camera to take pics at a mud/obstacle run when I didn't want to spend the money for an actual GoPro. This little camera takes remarkably good photos & even better video. I chose to use the time-lapse mode instead of video because the battery wouldn't have lasted long enough for us to complete the course. At one image every 5 seconds, the battery lasted almost the full 2 hours it took us to complete the course. The camera went underwater/undermud several times and I had no problems with it. I'm glad I bought this and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get a low-cost sports camera. The only complaint I have is that there are no directions on how to use all those neat little clips and accessories that are included in the case (a beautiful, sturdy case, btw!). My husband figured it out though <3Update Sept. 2018: I've now used this camera in 3 mud runs and it's still going strong, without problems. Makes GREAT videos, esp. for the price. Still love it and am very happy that I bought it.

Oh wow, I am super surprised and impressed with this.Why would I want to spend $400 on a name brand when this does the same job. Its a 12mp camera.It also comes along with all the accessories needed.I have a tripod that this connects to easily and is secure. The fact that I can do time lapse on this camera, I do not need to use my other camera. So the 2 are great for me.I am very happy with this.The WiFi connectivity to the phone is great and you can control the camera while you are apart from in yet still in WiFi range. Do take note that there is a newer app for the camera/phone connection. The QR codee in the brochure leads you to the older app, so just do a search and you'll find it.But I am very very happy with this so far.Thank you for providing a more affordable product that allows us all to capture our adventure moments without breaking the bank.Very happy and love it.
