Didn't work for me
Bought it for safety after a terrible accident with a box grater. However, this rolling grater didn't grate my parmesean, even though I rolled the heck out of it and gave myself carpal tunnel. Fortunately, my local grocery store started carrying pre-shredded Boar's head cheese that does not contain cellulose so I think that's the best option for us.
