We bought this in April 2022. We took a chance because everyone said the water pressure was an issue. I did some research and found out that if you remove the water restriction fitting or whatever it was called then your pressure should be fine. And it was. We have terrible water pressure (well water) and since we removed the restrictor this spa shower unit has amazing water pressure! Love that on days I don’t want to wash my hair I can use the body jets instead of the rain shower head. I love everything about this unit. It still looks great and works perfectly. 10/10. (After removing the the water restrictor)

Our house came with a shower panel that broke down and we had to find a replacement. Thought this one looked like nice and had great reviews so took the plunge.Pros - It looks nice and is easy to use. The wand works well and the bottom cleaner comes in handy for cleaning for your feet.Cons - The main showerhead wasn't that great pressure wise (our old panel was much better) and we swapped out the showerhead to something that offered more pressure (we did remove all the flow restrictors in the system before installing). The body jets are terrible as well very little pressure and more of a mist so not something I will ever use.If I had to do it all over again, I would just pay the extra money and have a proper shower installed in the wall with much better pressure and features.

I bought it 20 months ago and I did not want to write a review until past the test after a year.so we love it , easy to install and function awesome. before you install it make sure tight all the connections and test it.

I have had problems in the past with these types of spa shower systems. Calcification occurs and hot/cold water temps get compromised. So far so good😊 It’s very good looking. Also spa Nozzle pressure is not too good but not sure if that’s my pressure because of my new tankless heater

It’s beautiful! Water pressure is the misque I took for granted! My overall home pressure is great! Haven’t figured out how to get pressure needed in order to enjoy this item, as a SPA! There is no one to contact for support and we’ve now had to contact multiple plumbers that have reported it’s not our home water pressure, it’s an issue with this “spa”!

Super easy install. 2 plumbing connections and 2 mounting brackets and you're ready to go. Unit works well and looks great in our new bathroom.. My only complaint is there was no type of thread seal on metal fittings from the factory. I removed and added my own Teflon tape to avoid leaks.

Love everything about this! Only thing to note is you can’t use the shower head and body sprayers at same time but very easy to which back and forth.
