A little flimsy but served its purpose.

Bought this and is really light, easy to hold and works really well. Good price, brilliant for being 8 metres in length and how easy to use. Def better design than other I have had.

I wasn’t sure about tetractable leads, because I had a bad experience with a cord one, and ended up with a broken ankle.I have two whippets one that pulls and one that hangs back and I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and walking these two was causing a lot of pain so I thought I would try these leads. Well they have been a game changer they are lightweight and easy to use and keep the dog under control. I just wish the tape had been different colours as I’m using two together. They retract smoothly and quickly. And when locked on the short lead you still have food control even with my puller which seems to have improved since using these leads. They allow the dogs to sniff while I can still maintain a comfortable walk without keep stopping.These have renewed my confidence in the retractable lead especially the tape ones not the cord.

In order to give this product a fair review, I asked my partner what he thought as we both use it daily. I am happy enough with it, but I find the handle a little big for my small hands. It’s light, the button to lock the lead length is conveniently enough placed for me, though I do find it sometimes jams and doesn’t unlock, or doesn’t lock fully. It feels nice enough to hold, and I really like how much freedom it gives my dog. I’m able to give him a longer lead length when we’re on our own, and able to secure it to a shorter length when we’re around other dogs.My partner, however really doesn’t like this lead. He finds it too big to be practical, he doesn’t like the function of the button and thinks it should be lockable when pushing away not pulling towards the handle so finds it fiddly, and finds it jams so often he doesn’t feel confident in its stability.

My son purchased this as he was looking after our very bouncy young collie cross while we were away. He has poor mobility and needed something that the dog could run around on, without him having to go too far. It lasted four days perhaps. He could not believe how fast the lead was chewed through: a matter of seconds! so not robust enough for a medium sized dog.

Sturdy good lead, for our crazy frenchie. Has good length to let him do his zoomies without being off lead. Would highly recommend

Pros...- feels really well made and sturdy enough for a large dog to go nuts on without falling apart.- looks great in a wide variety of colours- Easy to hold, including when your both juggling a dog and trying get a poo bag out your pocket then trying to pick up that dog-egg that your dog seems to have dropped somewhere near but you can't see.- Cord is around 15mm wide so it would be very hard to chew through and does not jam easily in the mechanism.Cons...- Can feel quite heavy and cumbersome to use especially if you are elderly or you have mobility problems with your hands e.g. Arthritis.- The stop button locks every time you press it, you can't just press it and release like most leads. If there is any tension on the lead whilst it's locked it won't unlock so if your dog is pulling then it just gets annoying.Conclusion...This lead would be best suited for a larger dog that doesn't pull so much, all in all its a good product for the price but if you are looking for something easier to use then I would buy a Flexi New Classic 8m lead.

Belle laisse laisse mais un peu déçue car j ai commandé une laisse violette et j en reçois une rose.

D'après la photo en description de l'article, le ruban devait être rose comme la laisse ce qui est intéressant lorsque l'on a plusieurs chien et que les laisses se croisent... raison pour laquelle j'avais choisi ce modèle
