VIVOHOME Upgraded Swing Away Clamshell Printing Sublimation Heat Press Transfer Machine for T-Shirt 15 x 12 Inch

The machine plate for t-shirts works fine. However, the accessories DO NOT WORK. It’s a very basic setup, so it doesn’t take a genius to attach the mug extension to the temp box. Did that, and nothing. It get an E2 message, which seems to indicate an error (duh because the crap wont heat). When I first cut it on set temp… it beeps for a second and then the E2 message starts. This is my second purchase of this brand and product and each time there’s something faulty. COUNT IT… 2 time buy and same issue! Do not buy this heat press machine. Just opt in for cricut products at least they are tentative to their customers, and they stand my their products. This company only has an email option for customers service. Do your homework when purchasing these products especially from Amazon. They don’t care what the vendors sell you or how much money you lose.

***UPDATE***I was contacted by the customer support teams with some things to try. When they didn"t work, they agreed to send me a brand new machine!!! My confidence is restored in VIVOHome!!! Thank you for taking care of your customers!!!I purchased the VIVOHome upgraded swing away heat press in September of 2020. The price was decent and it is really a good looking, well built machine. I was excited to start using it. It worked great for a couple of months. However, I noticed vinyl peeling off of one of my shirts after only one wash. I did about 30 shirts for a volleyball team and had several shirts brought back because the vinyl peeled. Then I made some shirts for a fried of mine and they were returned because of the vinyl coming off. I checked the temperature and found that the temp was over 125 degrees off!!! I turned the heat press to the highest setting and still could not get the temperature high enough to press a shirt! This machine has a 3 month warranty and I started having issues in the 4th month!!! Now, I am out of $250 and have a 4 month old machine that I can't use. I emailed VIVOHome support and have gotten no reply. The phone number on their website appears to be a non-working number. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration and don't buy this unit!

Honestly I think this machine is a really good value for the money looking for a start out there are multiple multiple adapters you can buy for this and even though I don't have any of those currently I will be investing in those the heat up very quickly you do not have to do multiple presses to make your vinyl stickers stick everything seems to be pretty self-explanatory the manual that comes with it very easy to understand very pleased and happy with my product

The heat distribution is absolutely awful. Right out of the packaging I tried to press a shirt and it was unsuccessful. Tried a couple more, still didn't work right after working with the pressure. Husband brought home his thermal gun the temperature is different all over the plate. There is no consistency and it is always changing. There is no way to use this successfully for heat sensitive materials like a full color transfer because of the difference in temperature all over. Awful results. Asking for a return. Has slowed my business to a halt while I deal with returning and purchasing something else.

The media could not be loaded. Pros: the item came already put together. You can take it out the box and use it. They upgraded the chord tl a heat protection chord so chord won't burn.Cons: see video. The temperature monitored is flimsy&unstable. The board kept beeping even though the temperature wasn't done reheating. The timer is not supposed to start until you press the handle down, however time kept randomly starting on it's on.I was hoping this would be a good fit since I have an older model which chord ended up burning, but the quality of this machine compared to the older model is a downgrade.

While the press' heat distribution works just fine and the press gets the job done, the reset button doesn't work. I don't why I would need to reset it and I hope I never find out. I chose to keep the machine because I needed it when I purchased it and didn't want to go through the hassle of returning over such a minor issue. I love the look and it's so easy to use my nine year old helps with pressing custom designs on shirts. I won't complain because of a messed up reset button. Overall it's worth the value for your money.

I just made a TON of shirts. If it was powered on I could tell you how many because it keeps track of each cycle you initiate when you close it.I was skeptical because of other reviews saying the heat was uneven and fluctuated. It does fluctuate, but only when you place a cold shirt in, temp drops a few degrees, or if you have done things back to back it may read a few degrees higher. This is part of normal operation! All of your heat tools in life do this, just not all of them display the fluctuations!You need this in your life if you make shirts!

I have only used it a couple of times so far but it works great. Wish the instructions were a little more detailed only comes with a sheet of paper with limited instructions. Tried to look it up on the internet but have not found anything. Thought it would be a little bigger but it works for just starting out. This is my first heat press so I can compare to another one.
