Dragon Reacher Size: 32" D

I''m in a neck brace for 6 weeks and am not allowed to bend or twist. This reacher has been extremely helpful, especially for picking up things from the floor.

I bought this product (I have four of them) to pick up lightweight items from top shelves and the floor after several back surgeries. The Dragon also has a metal stud in the end part that will pick up small metal items such as nails and paperclips. We had siding replaced on our house and this helped pick up about 100 left behind nails in gravel.The only down side is that it ships via USPS so you will most likely need to pick it up at your local post office.

I've tried different reachers before (suction cups, "horseshoe grip"). The dragon works the best. In fairness, they all pick up most larger items but the dragon can pick-up a dime (or small pill) that's dropped. I bought 5 of these for each room I might have a need.

This was recommended by someone who had one. It was a little more expensive than other similar reachers, but it has a "hook" on the side of the claw that is very useful. Its magnet was helpful in retrieving a spoon. It's light weight and really handy. A great purchase.

Bought for a person who will be in a wheelchair for a while. Says it helps him to reach things and pick things dropped. Happy with it.

You'll want 2 so you can pick up the one you dropped! I'm recovering from back surgery and these things have greatly increased my independence.
