This is not a high quality phone, and is all plastic but it feels solid because it’s so small and everything is packed tight internally. It takes a full size SIM but comes with several SIM adapters if you use micro or nano size. It also comes with a charging cable. It is well laid out and keys feel good to the touch (not cheap) and the software is pretty straight forward - nothing fancy. The real surprises are battery life and the reception is as good or better than my iPhone 6+. I’ve been thinking of actually dumping the iPhone and just use this and iPad Pro.

I took away one star because the phone does not have t9 text input and it has a radio app which does not work because the phone does not have a 3.5mm earphone jack. The phone also has a music app, but no memory card slot.I have been able to use this phone with Tmobile and Walmart Family Mobile. I have a prepaid sim which I keep in this phone. If you can still get a plan like that it is perfect.This phone is so light that you won't feel its burden on you. It comes with a flashlight, calculator, calendar, and a variety of alarm and power on/power off features. This phone also supports bluetooth.I have left my primary phone on a bus in Chicago once, I was able to use my backup to call the phone and it was picked up by the bus driver in the depot. I have also left my phone at a friends house in California and I was out of state at the time. I was able to call my friend and have him fedex my primary phone back to me.Setting this phone up is a lot of fun. It reminds me of my first phone. I've programmed my close friends on the sim card and customized the profiles.

Phone is exactly as expected! It even vibrates so you don't need ring on. Bonus. The only downside is 2g network which isn't as available as 4g or even lte these days. The signal in my home is full strength LTE but very low if any with this phone since it is 2g. I am on T-Mobile. The phone is unlocked as advertised. Very light-weight but seems durable so far. Lady World is great to work with if you have any issues. Hopefully these simple phones will get to higher network capability (3g, 4g) since 2g will be dying off not too far off in the future.

Phone is dead on arrival. After a few charging attempts, no power, no lights, nothing.

Does not work with US providers because it is only 2G

Great phone to have as spare or for kids. Everyone thinks it's a calculator.Does not work with my verizon sim cards, The people at the store explained that they are cdma and not GSM, At&t should work or a prepaid GSM sim card available in stores like Wal-Mart, haven't tried it yet though. Very basic phone which is exactly what I wanted. Only calls and texts. I've been using it for over a month now and yes the phone DOES work in the US as of writing. The screen is small. Settings are bit obscure. But if you can get over that, you'll have everything you need with this phone.

Purchased this phone and another card phone for our daughter as her first phone. The other phone lasted about 4 hours in her pocket before the screen cracked. This one is very basic, but seems more durable than the other card phone. It does exactly what we wanted; phone calls and texts. Our daughter still doesn't know how to put spaces between words on this phone. Makes for very entertaining texts from her. Fun for the whole family! If our daughter can show that she is a responsible phone owner, we'll probably upgrade to a much better phone, but may keep this around for emergencies. Still don't know how to change the volume or ring tone on this one.
