Defrosts quickly I forget to take London broil out of freezer for dinner. Put it on the defrosting board and In 2.5 hours it was completely defrosted and ready to grill. I removed one of the rubber end feet to help it drain into drip tray better, so easy to use just place frozen items on the board, flip about every 20 minutes, that's it. Easy to clean as well. This is my first ever defrosting board, I would highly recommend it

I inherited a defrosting tray from my Mom. It has lasted for many years and was a miracle device.I finally found a product that works as well if not better.This is a must have for your kitchen. It is amazing, especially if you forgot to take something out for dinner.

The drip tray came cracked in upper corner. Debated if I should return, except I didn't notice until I had already laid my meat on this. box was not damaged in transit so can only guess it was damaged before packaging. Quality control on most items sucks anymore. BUT, LOVE the way this defrosts quickly. Life saver as I am always forgetting to take meat out of freezer until mid afternoon.

The product is great.

I defrosted 4 chicken thighs. 2 on this product and 2 on the counter covered with a paper towel. After a few hours they were defrosted the same amount. I can't see any value to this item.
