First of all I want to apologize for my rating, It is based not on the figure but on Amazon Packaging.There is no direct email, phone number or chat for customer service for cases like this one.One of the greatest ReAction figures I've seen, turned into garbage just because somebody doesn't know how to package a collectible...Product: 10 out of 10Amazon Custome Service and packaging: 1 out of 10.
