This is perfect for those moments where you don't need your drink to be hot or cold for more than 12 hours. The lid is decent. I did change mines out to the sealing type which I purchased from Amazon as well. The finish is good. It will scratch and nick if you don't take care of it. Other than that, it does keep your drink toasty hot or freezing cold while at work or play. Where the loss of energy of hot and cold is though the lid. I'm still searching for that product.

Great price, fantastic cups. 2 problems-1) gaskets are tricky. I've had Yeti cups, Sams cups, and others of the monster tumbler type. If this gasket rolls just a little bit, you're wearing your coffee at every sip. They work well... but you must place that gasket in just right.2) air return hole is so small that you'll only get a 1/2 baby sip every time you tip up for a chug. easy solution, take a small drill bit and make it a little larger. This problem is fixed forever. The problem is, you only remember to do it when you're running out the door with a full glass.1/4 the cost of name brand cups, these work great for me.

I purchased the Navy color to etch for graduation gifts and it didn't work so I just started using them without design.Etching issues: I tried the oracle permanent vinyl and a cheap no name brand vinyl. I tried 45 min, 60 min, 90 minutes with Citristrip. I tried heating the vinyl and the foil method. I used Scrub Daddy and eventually the harsh scotch pad. The scotch pad works but it scratches the cup too much. The paint on these just smears instead of peels. So strange!Otherwise, these are great tumblers. Would use permanent vinyl instead.Bonus is the lids fit on my yeti tumbler so I don’t have to find specific lids for all the tumblers in my cabinet.Customer service is great! They stand behind their product and listen to the feedback.

When received a couple of the lids were damaged. Amazons solution was to return the entire order, get a refund and reorder. Thats a pain - so I contacted the seller and since they didn't have any 2 packs of lids they could ship me at this time they refunded me enough money to purchase a 4 pack of lids. Much better solution for me. The cups themselves are very nice and I love the color. Perfect.

Purchased tumblers for some laser engraving. They marked excellent and my customers were exceptionally pleased. Will be purchasing again.
