This product is of great quality. My friend keeps this in his home bar and recommended I buy for a summer party I was holding. I bought this one and a couple other flavors. They all arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately I received the Lite version so I reached out to the seller. They responded quickly and shipped out the correct version which even made it in time for my party. I would purchase this product again from this seller because the product is great and the response to my issue was great.

This product contains Erythritol.There are some people who report side effects such as diarrhea, stomach upset, and headache after consuming regular amounts of erythritol in food or beverages. I do not know how much erythritol is actually in the 4 ounces I consumed (Which is a serving size according to the label) but it ends up being more than I can handle. About 12 hours after consumption I began to have incredibly strong cramping pain in my lower left abdomen. This went on for about 4 hours and I thought maybe I had food poisoned myself and I threw out everything I had eaten the day before. On the second event of trying I again used 4 ounces but this time on the rocks and not ran thru the blender as the first. I found that once again it tasted very good and I went to the ingredient list to see why and I found the word erythritol and I had to look it up and when I did I found it was a sugar alcohol used as a replacement for sugar and the side effects for its usage became very familiar. I tried to purge as much as I could and consumed some antacid and pepto and went to bed hoping for the best. Woke up fine but once again around the 12 hour mark the pain in the abdomen showed up and once again thankfully this time for about 3 hours. I have to stress this is the kind of pain that is not eased by any position you sit stand or lay and it is severe enough you feel your life just may be in danger. Don't get me wrong I am no Dr. and there is no way for me to know how much erythritol is in the product but the ingredient is listed very high which would tell me there is a lot of it. I had the understanding that a product such as this was to label the grams of sugar alcohols under its carbohydrates on the nutritional label if they proclaim "sugar free" or "no sugar added" on the label but clearly this one does not. I am familiar with sugar alcohols and their negative affects and I would have looked further into what I was consuming to make sure I was within the safe limits. I suspect two things, 1) this product is improperly labeled and 2) the amount of erythritol in one serving is at or above the recommended amount. Just because something is tasty does not mean it is good for you. That being said if this helps one person avoid what I did to myself twice then this time has been well spent.

I was looking for a sweet and sour with less sugar and carbs. This has less sugar and carbs but it didn't taste great. I added the juice from two large lemons and two packets of sweet and low and now it tastes GREAT.

Its sweet its sour.... helped us get loaded! Good stuff and stayed skinny!

I ordered the light by accident but will still use for Amerreto sours. Best mixer out there.

Just a bit of the Sweet and Sour Mix, and the water is much improved. Works well with alcohol too.
