I'm absolutely thrilled with this item!! This very special sign is for my only son and his wife-to-be as a shower gift. Therefore, if the item wasn't perfect I wouldn't have hesitated to return it. Believe me, it's perfect! The lettering is clear and elegant; the craftsmanship of the wooden frame and overall sturdiness is well done. It was delivered earlier than expected and the "glass sign" was wrapped over and over again with heavy bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit. It's clear this company cares about their customers and takes pride in their products and service.

This family name wall hanging is beautiful. The script is clean and smooth. No smearing or chipping at the edges.The printing or painting (don’t know their process) is on the front side. I wish it were on the back side. That way, your regular cleaning would not harm the paint. Also, it would be nice to have a choice of frames.All said, it is beautiful. The size is perfect. (11x21) I would recommend this product.
