Not what i expected based on reviews

This is such an encouraging book with positive images for children.

This subconsciously teaches black boys to become “king” and leave the black girl behind, but show his bravery to the white girl and she’ll “lead” him and will fight with him. Look at the pics yourself and read it and look at the images.It’s like when an athlete becomes famous and marries someone who doesn’t look like him. Nah baby, we keep wealth in the family.This book is not for my sons. They know that “she” must look like mommy, if you know what I’m saying. This book is trash, garbage, indoctrination, and promotes black genocide....yes, I’m taking it that far but when you think about it, it’s true.Don’t buy this book, especially mothers. We are the only ones who aren’t oblivious to the problems we face. Don’t instill these images into your sons.Another option: get a brown marker and color the character in. I do that all the time with other books and it works. I will happily return this first thing today.
