Paint by Numbers, Canvas Interesting DIY Oil Painting Kit for Kids & Adults, 16" x 20" Drawing Paintwork with Paintbrushes, Acrylic Pigment-Tree of Life (Without Frame)

Bought this for my oldest kid's loft bed so that there was a light source handy. The tap on feature is great and the sturdy clip keeps the unit in place. Needed an extension cord, but that was expected since it is a loft bed and the frame rises up over six feet off the ground. For most uses, the included cord should be long enough.The light is on the ""cool"" side (more bluish), but it is not harsh, and we haven't seen any flickering after two months or so of use. The goose neck allows for the light to be rotated around for direct (downward facing) light, or more diffuse (upward facing) light--handy for reading a book or keeping monsters away. Three taps brings up the light from off to full illumination quickly and the touch sensitive area is small enough so there is little risk of inadvertent taps, but large enough that you won't be groping around trying to turn the light on.Construction is strong and the white finish goes well with the white furniture. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The colors are vibrant and the finished work is intricate. I bought as an activity for myself with the goal of gifting to a friend. Everyone I have shown the finished project to compliments it.I have done dozens of paint by numbers and certain tropes are present in this painting. The template doesn't extend to the edges of a 16" x 20" frame, so you need to vamp 1/4" of space around. The lighter colors struggle to cover the number you are painting. The numbers are not aligned in the center of the spaces, so you have to consult the cheat sheet often. A few of the colors are not distinct from each other. And the end image is not as detailed as the original image.Overall I liked the project and the end result, and am happy with this item.

This is my 3rd paint by numbers and this is a good quality. The canvas is welcoming of the paint. The paint is not too thick - which is good, you do not need to add too much water to make it easier to work with. This painting is very dark, so I encourage you to plan to paint the lighter colors first, then the dark and, lastly, go back over the light colors as needed.I finished! Picture attached. The finished product is NOT exactly the same as the image provided with purchase, but I like the difference A LOT. I followed their numbers, did not alter anything, except I carried the colors to the end of the canvas to make it look more finished.

I used to love doing paint by number as a kid. As a matter of fact, I have the ones I did as a teenage framed and hanging. I asked for a Paint by Number for Christmas and my husband got me this one. Well, things have certainly changed in this genre like it has in the rest in the World but this change is ever better. The project is on a canvas instead of a hard canvas, the paints are high quality and the picture itself is stunning. I'll be wanting another of these to complete. Love, love, love it!

I got as my second adult paint-by-number and it was very good at helping distract me and calm me. It was easy to follow the directions and is very good quality canvas

I really like this painting because it's in my house and I feel like the whole house is very artistic.This is a work of art, not only I like it, but also my neighbors are very interested in it.I am very proud of myself because I have good eyes.

This kit comes with the canvas, paint brushes, paint and instructions on the box. The spaces for painting are a mix of small and large so I would say it is medium difficulty. Looks like a good set.
