KAKAO FRIENDS Official- Baby Dreaming Tiny Friends Mini Plush Toy (Ryan)

Honestly, when i first ordered Ryan the Lion there was a big problem - BUT i must stress it was FedEx delivery themselves that were the problem - i didn't receive him or any messages such as 'we missed delivery today, we will try again tomorrow' etc, NOT problems from the seller. I contacted the seller who then immediately went to solve the problem themselves; both they and Amazon took the stress off my shoulders:- very apologetic (even though was Fedex's error, not theirs...), sent me another Ryan asap for free as they assured me again (correctly) it wasn't my fault in anyway. The product arrived today (and he is naturally soft and adorable !!) plus with my toy, the seller also added a Kakao collection keyring with a little note apologising and wishing me good luck and good health.On the whole - kind and polite seller; brilliant product and quality for price. If only Fedex had done their job properly.....
