As with almost all supplements, it's often down to individuals to gauge whether they are beneficial or not but I find that my partner and I get great benefits from supplementing and with no nasty side effects, I'm all for trying and exploring options.Healthspan is a well know and good quality producer of all manner of supplements and I have used others before. I was curious about Fenugreek and it's ability to lower blood sugar levels and thus as a possible aid in helping with appetite control. It's also claimed it helps with reducing cholesterol levels and inflammation so I'm all for giving this a go.Though it is far too early to say if I find this beneficial, this 90 day supply with taking 1 a day is a great starting point. I love Healthspan packaging, how I can recycle it once I've used my supplements and how it gives some basic but useful information on the pack too. The best before date is just over 5 months away but that isn't a massive issue as the 90 days will be up for me by then - but it may be an issue if not starting immediately. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow and had no taste in my opinion, or any aftertaste which is good.At £12.99 for 90 days, this for me, is good value for money and I hope will allow me to see if Fenugreek is beneficial to me personally as others claim. If it does as it says, I'd definitely buy again from Healthspan as its is definitely a brand you can trust to be good quality and good value for money.

These Fenugreek tablets are slightly difficult to swallow but whats great is that they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.Very pleased with the tablets. Fenugreek tablets have a lot of benefits including improved sleep. I have been using these for just over a week and already am noticing a difference in my sleep.They are very good value for money too.You get three months supply for £12.99 which works out just about £4 for one month's supply which is fantastic.I am hoping long use of these will improve my sleep.They all have Chromium and Zinc in them which help to regularise your blood glucose levels and help with metabolism.You cannot go wrong with these and Healthspan is a great brand and having used their items before I can definitely say I would recommend these.

My wife is a big fan of the Healthspan products and was not disappointed with these. She said they were easy to swallow and she has felt better having been taking them for a while. She will order some more once she has finished this packet. She is very happy with them.

You’re getting here 90 easy to swallow tablets. The serving size as one tablet daily and this means this product will last you three months. You get a decent 500 mg dosage in each tablet. You only get six months expiry from the time of ordering so not too long so you have to make sure you’re ready to use these fairly quickly. At just over £10 they are reasonably priced. Great that this is a clearly marked vegan product.

Lovely packaging and eco friendly too. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any strong flavours. I definitely felt I benefitted from taking them.
