Very good size , easy to clean , very sturdy handle but one thing is lacking , it's without lid.Good product

Wanted to buy an nonstick pan which is non toxic and this one served the purpose.Took a large size of 26cm, so that it serves the dual purpose of making dosas as well as other dishes.But the fry pan has got very less depth. Wish it was more deep.

Warning! Please be aware that Meyer does not provide any customer care service. Meyer's non-stick quality is non-existent. Several reviewers online have also stated the same. The worst part is when you approach customer care they put you through an unreasonable series of tasks such as taking a video while cooking in the non-stick pan. No other company asks for this or makes such illogical policies or rules. You have to be a really dimwitted company if you are unable to gauge the issue through photographs, a time tested method. Such policies show a fundamental distrust in its customer base. Even when you send them a video where they can clearly see the food sticking to the so called "non-stick" pan, they respond with the most ludicrous and moronic statement asking you to redo the video and send it right from the beginning! What is right from the beginning? Washing the vessel? Buying the oil and batter from the market? As customers we have nothing else to do but set up video equipment in the kitchen, short of holding your phone in one hand while you hold a heavy bottle of oil in the other? These are all excuses to simply disregard customer complaints and arbitrarily blame the customer, rather than take the product back and investigating its quality defects and design issues with concerned departments. Improve your product Meyer, stop looking for ways to blame the customer!

Well for sturdiness And easy to clean I would give 5 star, but of one is specifically buying for sunny side up then I would rate 1 star because the egg tends to stick/ does not glide smoothly and one ends up bursting the yolk hence making a mess.Yet to check on ommlet.
