It works well on smaller tubes. If you have a white tube, it won’t work as well, but it is well made.

Soft material, felt durable but split in half making it useless. The hole is also too small and tight making it also unusable and uncomfortable.

The make is solid, but I can’t fit through the hole no matter how much lube I add. Fairly inexpensive for what it is so I can’t be too upset, but buyer beware if your piece runs on the thicker side

Tried masturbation sleeves, that didn't allow for much growth. This was a better option, allowing more negative pressure near the base.

I have the LeLuv pump (about the same as Blush) in 2.125" I am a little larger than average girth. The sleeve is very stretchy and fits the pump well and stays on and makes the pressure of the base of the pump against the area around your base WAY more comfortable than the hard plastic tube flange. BUT, once you pump the sleeve basically turns into a fairly tight ring around your base that when you get to full pump pressure is a bit tight, uncomfortable at first but then you get used to it. The material is thin but seems durable. I think because it's thin the inner hole stretches easier than the clear silicone sleeves I've seen so even though the hole is small it has good flexibility for varying girths. If I could only find the same thing with a bigger inner hole so it was a little less tight, that would be perfect but it appears noting exists. The CalExotic ones, because the material is thicker don't expand as easily so the fit has to be more precise to your girth.

Gave this a 3 because while its well made and fits the Leluv 2” tube great, the internal hole is much smaller than expected. At a 5” girth this thing was way too tight.

I used this a handful of times and I can honestly say: I have a wide flange base and the sleeve fits. I might be slightly above average, and the hole initially felt very small. However, with lube the hole worked just fine.
