Does what it promises. Finish is good.Heats up after moderate use. Feels a bit overpriced for the number of connectors it provides. But all hubs are a bit overpriced anyway.

If you can then buy a higher speced version

I bought this thinking that even if it is costing me a lot more than other available options it will work for me on my ipad and iphone as i read the reviews. But to my disappointment, both the USB 3 slots are not at all working .So total waste of money for me😢

I have been using it for the past 3 months and have used the usb plugs well. Today I used the HDMI for the first time and the video jumps.

This works exactly as expected for me, with the added bonus of not needing to install any drivers to get things set up. Literally just plug and play. When I have the laptop charging and all the peripherals and extra screen going, the dock gets quite hot but that’s to be expected. All the materials are top quality and the cable is much more flexible than most, so it would be a good choice for someone who’s desk is crammed for space because you can contort it into any position you need. Very small and lightweight as well so it would make an excellent travel dock.

Update 2: Apparently, the connection errors I experience are a common Dex issue. This had nothing to do with the product. If anyone is having the issue try connecting your Samsung charger to the Hub itself and it will charge your phone. I have not had any issues since I started plugging my charger into this USB C hub. It does get very warm when being used but this will always happen. I will definitely buy another one of these in the future! No picture issues. No connectivity issues. Extremely easy to use! 1080p looks amazing!Update1: NEVERMIND. This was amazing for the first week of owning it and now it keeps disconnecting without being touched. This is not amazing; this is very much average. I guess you definitely could say you get what you pay for. I have to find a better quality product in the meantime. Very disappointing to have it not work after A WEEK!This is amazing! I never thought of using a USB-C HUB! This is the only one I might get forever. I have been using all different types of cords for Samsung DeX. I normally look for a USB-C to HDMI (male or female) and every one I bought had poor connection issues. I couldn't move my device around without it disconnecting or I would get a terrible screen with weird lines through it from the bad connection. I've paid hundred of dollars for these poor quality cords and wires but this Hub is THE ONE! I use a Samsung Galaxy s20 FE between a projector and DeX allows your phone to turn into a computer. This USB C hub allows me to connect a mouse and keyboard to it and I can use it between my phone. This may be one of the best items I could use for DeX! If anyone is using DeX, this might be the best hub for you!!
