Excellent value love the spray feature
So the moment we are living in very unusual times. (Covid19) Needed a new tap, and Buying from amazon was my only choice. Spent ages looking for a tap. It’s a bit hard to buy, unseen. Found this and immediately liked the look, and added features. When it arrived, quickly I might add, found that it came with flexible connectors, which makes installation much easier. It’s a good sturdy design. Excellent value for money. The on off lever, is easy to operate, and comfortable to use. The head of the tap swivels, great if you’ve a bowl and a half sink. There are three options of flow . I particularly like the spray option, for rinsing dirty plates. The pull down head, automatically goes back into position after use. Tap is easy to clean, just wipe it over. Given, the added features, this is excellent value for money.

Well designed
Compared to the last Kitchen sink tap I had to fit, this was an absolute doddle - well thought out design making the assembly and fitting quite straight-forward.A few (very) minor issues, but otherwise extremely pleased; The angle of the head, when fully retracted, tends to splash when in spray mode, so we leave it partly extended.Water flow is partly restricted by the hose, but this may be a benefit to those with high water pressure. The swivel spout isn't very snug in the main body of the tap giving a lower quality feel than it deserves.

fantastic replacement!
The old tap was always hard work to pull out and put back in. We tolerated it because we paid so much money for it. Finally the lever fell out and it was time to replace it. As times are a little hard at the moment I opted for the cheaper version of the same sort of pull out system, although this was described as having a bit more to offer than the expensive one that finally gave out after 3 years only. Well, I received the package earlier than expected even though I chose the no rush delivery earning an extra £1 off of my next applicable purchase. When I opened it and inspected it, I though that it was a little lightweight and was not initially impressed. However, I fitted it in about 20 minutes although its the first one I have ever fitted. Upon testing the pull out hose I was really impressed with the whole system which has 3 settings for use. I am totally satisfied with the product now and the whole family have commented on the ease of use. Once the tap was fitted to the sink it was no longer an issue regarding its weight which was soon forgotten. I give this 10/10 for looks, ease of use and fitting. The supplier lived up to expectations but I expect nothing else from Amazon now.

Excellent tap and customer service but water flow rate reduced
Had this professionally installed and my plumber was amazed at the price I paid indicating that plumbers merchants would have sold this quality of tap for at least 2x the price (which says a lot about plumbers merchants!). It all looks and works very well, the retraction is perfectly snappy (for those having issues with theirs needs to be weighted properly using the included counterweight), the build feels solid and the tap functions all work as advertised. The only issues is that there appears to be a reduced rate of water flow compared to my previous kitchen tap. Not reduced to a problem level but reduced nonetheless. Customer service is excellent also.

When fully functioning it's fantastic, but some issues with wear and tear
Had it for 2 years and the nozzle has started leaking and the button for the jet spray broke about a year ago. It would be a fantastic tap if they provided spare buttons and a spare head/nozzle, as it's looks great and when it's fully functional it's a brilliant product.

Very weak connection.
This is a case of the price reflecting the quality.A small plastic connection unit from the inlet hose to the spray head is not fit for purpose. Having installed the tap and thinking all was well, as soon as I turned the tap on water was spraying all over my kitchen cupboard. The connection unit was not tight enough to form a seal for the inlet feed. This is a shame as the potential for a high end feature could have been available at a low end price. The HUGE rubber weight needed to be fitted to the spray hose was also obstructive and not suited to under sink spaces with lots of drainage pipes and other water feeds. This was difficult to take off again when having to remove the tap, resulting in breakage and preventing a return and refund.Overall, the idea is good, but the product lacks quality and sturdiness. Spend the extra pounds and get a better product.

Very easy to install and well worth the money (does need space though below sink)
We had a silver faucet that went into an existing sink and it had the old style, large plastic thing (unsure what they're called) to tighten it. I could never get my hands up there to tighten it enough and it always rotated. We got fed up and bought this one. Instead of a large plastic threaded nut to hold it tight, it has a small plate (with part of the side cut out so you can squeeze it onto the faucet even after connecting up the pipes) and another plate with screws in it. It's a bit fiddly to start with, but once you have the plates held with one hand, you can use a long handled philips screwdriver to tighten the plate and faucet in place. It's easier that it sounds and it means you can easily tighten it if it ever does get loose. So far, though, it's been well tight and the top moves easily. There is a weight that holds the faucet head in place, so you have to make sure there is a vertical area clear under the sink where the weight can rise and fall. It's a great tap and we love it. Much better than the older styles we are more used to.
