Q: Would it be possible to sew/create clothing on this? Like dresses?

If you are making clothing for adults, you are probably best using a full size sewing machine. This machine is very basic, small and lightweight. I bought it for making masks. It can probably be used for baby or toddler clothes, but note that it won't work on heavy or very soft fabrics.
